We R Memory Keepers Multi Cinch Cartridge Band Punch. This punch will punch notches through paper, cardstock and chipboard for a rubberband book binding option. There are measurements on the lefthand corner of the punch to guide you for sizes. You will be able to use the elastic binding bands with the Multi Cinch Machine (sold separately) for your books and other projects.
