Description

• The Free Standing Punching Bag is ideal for serious boxing training and Commercial Gyms. A free standing bag is perfect for home training as the bag can be placed anywhere in your training area. A Commercial Gym will give their clients a professional and quality punching bag to train on.
• The total height is approximately 180cm.
• Weight (empty of sand) approx 28kg.
• Once you fill the base with sand – it will weight in excess of 120 kg.
